Long Way Till Morning (open)

Sierra rolled her shoulders, energy coming off her her while she stretched and clenching her hands once then twice. So many things were shaping up but she had found some fun in this place.. some enjoyment while she while moving with her blade and a gun. The anklet clinked for a moment as she struck a training remote with her large wing to smack it to the ground.

The clicking of heels against steel could be heard as Salaza silently made her way through the halls of the Covenant's facility. The long imprisoned Mirakula had found a familiar sense of bonding with this Sisterhood of Sith and other darksiders. That was why she had joined. They reminded her of her time during the days of the Old Republic, when she was part of a small band of Nightsisters professionally hired by the Sith to become a secret sect known as the Maleficar. But that was long ago and Salaza herself was still growing used to the ways of this new present time.
As she strode the halls the sound of cobat could be heard. Her non-eyes had turned twoards the direction she heard before walking over to see for herself. She stood peeking through the doorway into the training chamber to see the winged creature, a female, fighting against practice drones. The species was unfamiliar to her, perhaps one newly discovered during her time in carbonite freezing. She appeared strong and skillful. Salaza smirked about somethig she'd seen in this woman while continuing to watch from a distance.

The sounds of the drone flying over came when she spread her wings and flapped back, a strong gust of wind to send her into the air and she grabbed the roof. Her claws digging into the surface while she was looking down and batted a drone at the door towards Salaza unknowingly. She had thought she'd heard something in the hallway but her hearing over the sound of the drones firing as she dodged was hard and she looked out the corner of her eye.

Her eyes widened at first but the sith in her or at least what she understood to be the sith beliefs said she needed to let it go at the woman. Her wanting for a clan and sisterhood what had driven her here to join them was what made her move and glide as she spun swatting it away from the course towards the door into the wall. She stood tall and at the ready with her wings spread while a thick head of reddish black hair hung down and starred at the woman.

"And who are you sister?"

As the drone flown towards her Salaza had quickly rasied her hand, catching it with almost an ease before tossing it aside. Finally the creature had seen her. Stepping out of the darkness she allowed this woman to have a more clearer look at her, giving her a moment to make whatever silly comments she could want about her bird-like attire. When asked she spoke, her voice a horrid whisper that seemed to echo loud enough to be heard all around the room.
"Sister? An odd thing to consider when we have never met. I do not belive we are 'sister's until we've offically trusted one another."

Her eyes took in the entire form of the woman and she really wasn't sure what she was. She smelled human for the most part though bird like... Maybe one of those strange humanoid species that somewhere along the line mated with birds.... She couldn't be certain as she spoke bringing her wings in and wrapping them around around shoulders to form a cape almost. It allowed the small sharp points of her wings to be displayed while she finally spoke. "Perhaps, but without a name I do need something to call you don't I? Saying the human will be very confusing."

Salaza scoffed at her response before saying "Human. Nothing of the sort. I am Miraluka. And I am called Salaza." She went quite, as if examining her with her unseen eyes yet again, before asking "And who....and what are you exaclty? I am not familiar with a species such as yours. Though you must forgive me, for I have been....out of touch for the longest of times." She wasn't too keen to go into her story about her past as of yet. She still needed to see if this woman was the sort to be trusted or not. Just because they shared in the same sect did not mean they were automatically on the same side.

She raised an eyebrow and sniffed the air as she was looking upon her. "I am a Vanr, of the few remaining clans." She didn't say more to that, among her clan they were brother and sister the humans, the sith had given her a name while she was walking and awkwardly extended a hand looking at the blind woman. "I do not understand all og these customs but humans seem comfortable with these handshakes." She didn't know if the woman was going to shake but cared less while she was more interested in what exactly a miraluka was and the difference with the humans.

The word 'Vanr' was unfamiliar to Salaza. But, again, she found [member="Sierra Momoa"] to be completley unfamiliar as well. She Found her tone curious when mentioning her people or clan, whichever it might have been, wondering if she had something of a similar situation to her. In that her origial clan of Nightsisters she knew were gone from the galaxy. She then saw her extended her hand out, saying how it was a human custom she felt the neeed to do. For a long moment Salaza seemed to hesitate on actually doing it, her hidden non-eyes staring at the woman, until a clawed hand spred its fingers and grasped hers. Her claw-like extensions were delicate enough not to scratch her.

Sierra looked at the woman's hand jut a little and gave a nod of her head while she stepped back sliding her hand under the wings she had draped around her shoulders while she was speaking. "I do not know much of the other customs but do come in. I am certain there is a great deal that needs to be done. I know the others are going around the galaxy to try and establish bases within areas of interest."

When [member="Sierra Momoa"] mentioned the works of the other sisters she merley stated "I have done what I have as well for the sake of this sisterhood. But part of it requires further teachings into magic. I have been in conference with the Witches of Dathomir, and they have agreed to speak with me and provide a neccesary teacher. I hope that the magics have grown stronger since my time."

"I have tried to help where needed and see the sisterhood rise to power but there are only so many ways with the worlds of my people held by the republic or the mandalorians. Dromuund Kaas is a shattered wreck of a world and Dagobah only holds a handful of us. I was looking at some of the goals and missions they had going but I have not the skills or master to fulfill it and live."
