Look and Feel In The Faction CP

I have some questions about the Look and Feel section in the faction cp. I'd like to know the following:

• What is the optimal size for a logo?
• What is the optimal size for a banner?
• What is the optimal size for a background?

In the past, when I have tried to add a logo, banner or background through the faction cp page, I have encountered problems. For example, the logo I add doesn't appear in the faction list. Where the logo would normally be is, instead, a black square, despite a logo being added. As for the banner, when an image if added, instead of it being one image, it becomes several, smaller versions stretched out across where a banner would be. I've had the same problem for a background.

If anyone could help me with these things, I'd be most appreciative, as I've never been good with the factioncp part.
