Looking for a faction

I'm looking for a smaller faction of mercenaries/pirates/outlaws/adventurers to join to give my character some work. I have already tried the Faction Directory but didn't seem to find any I liked. I like smaller so I can help them expand and be with them from the beginning, I would start my own but I already have enough on my plate and don't have the time to manage a whole faction but I am more then willing to help someone else out. Any suggestions?

I'm currently looking for people to help expand my faction. Newly created and with only a meagre few members. We're an isolated community that plans to expand. You can read about the planet and faction in my signature.

the Mandalorians only have around 8-12 active writers/characters. And a good deal enjoy the Mercenary gig.
