Public Looking for a fight, and I got one

Farahi snarled, waltzing you to the Mandalorian and punching him in the helmet. Her light armor absorbed all the impact and she went in for another punch, but the Mandalorian had recovered and had caught her fist. She didn't and couldn't care less. As long as either had existed, the Echani and Mandalorians had been enemies. The Echani took the Jedi's side in the Great War, sowing the hate further into everyone's mind.

"I hate Mandalorians." She hissed to him."Because they are dishonest and dishonourable Poodoo."

There was a second of silence, but it that moment she knew she hit the mark. The Mandalorians were a lot of things. But NOT dishonourable. The bar they were in was silence, all patrons staring at them.

Then the Mando suddenly twisted his arm that held her fist, attempting to use her grip against her. Farahi grinned as she simply let go, the momentum of the movement in turn throwing him off guard so she got a kick in a very private place. Then the Mando backed up slightly, looking at her. That was fine. She was in no rush to kick his behind.

It was funny, not being the one involved in the bar fight for once. Normally speaking Jaya was the one instigating things, but the echani woman was already tangled up with the bucket head when she walked into the establishment, to celebrate another job well done. The guy she was paid to get information from had turned out to be a bit of a pushover, so she decided to kill some time at a cantina.

As luck would have it, the woman ended up getting a front row seat to a brawl. She had half a mind to join in, but decided against it once she noticed that the echani was more than likely taking things a little too personally. The only good scraps were the ones where you shared a drink with each other afterwards, but Jaya was doubtful that was going to be the case with either here. Still, she was more than happy to watch.

Making sure to keep enough distance to not get caught up in the brawl, Jaya walked around the two and up the bar, looking away from the two combatants for a moment to grab the barkeeper's attention. "Corellian whiskey, and keep the change," she said as she tossed down a small stack of credits, not bothered enough to count it out. It was most definitely enough, the rest was the tip. She took a seat at the bar, spun the stool around to face the brawl, and sipped on her drink.

Not a bad way to unwind, she supposed.

Well, this was not how Leea had foreseen her day going. Nursing a small glass of Abrax, the Mirialan watched with no small amount of interest as the enraged Echani struck at her armored opponent. She winced as the Mandalorian attempted to catch his assailant off guard. It was a manuever she had been on the recieving end only once, but that training exercise had ended with her and the trainer in a field hospital. It had been a broken wrist on her part and a shattered jaw on his. Of course, afterwards, the twi'lek trainer gave her passing marks on hand-to-hand training, with a warning that next time he wouldn't hold back. Fond memories.

As the fight began to unfold, Leea felt the urge to intervene. It was almost second nature to break up drinking fights, she had taken down a couple of soldiers far stronger than her in order to stop a brawl. Then again, she was usually armed with a stun baton in that situation. Now she was retired and had no reason to enter into this conflict, unless of course they messed with her table. Hope not, they look pretty tough.

As she reclined in her seat to talk to the Zabrak at another table, Leea asked in a hushed tone, "This normal? Either of them regulars?"

The Zabrak shook his head and whispered back with a glance in her direction, "Nah, never seen the girl before. The Mando is always coming in about this time."

Leea gave a grateful nod before hunching over her drink. Leaning on one elbow, her other arm draped down to nonchalantly check her hip. The hold-out pistol sat where it had been left, a small holster easily concealed by the baggy shirt she had chosen to wear. The diminutive near-human weighed her options. On one side, a fight was a fight and she didn't want anyone getting hurt. On the other, this was not her concern, and it might be better not to draw attention to herself. She decided to bide her time, taking a sip of her drink as she gazed on.

"Heaven offers nothing the mercenary soul can desire"

Kes let out a chuckle as he watched another Mandalorian get battered around. He raised his voice and spoke "Go on vod, show her how we fight" he said before leaning back on his chair. Kes wasn't one to usually draw attention to himself but it never hurt to have a bit of fun. Kes was here at the bar while his ship was getting repaired at a nearby docking port, a run in with alliance authorities left it in a bit of a state after they found his cargo hold filled to the brim with Disruptor rifles intended to be sold to a crime syndicate in the mid rim.

As the insults began being hurled Kes watched and heard as Fahari Fahari insulted his people and it made him chuckle. Kes wasn't your usual zealot and was far more laid back than his kin, primarily because of his parents exile from Mandalorian society and his belief Mandalorians were little more than highly payed soldiers and honourable mercenaries. When Fahari accused the mandalorians of dishonour that made the beskar clad warrior stand up.

"We may have hypocrites, zealots and savages amongst us but we aren't dishonourable." he said in a lax voice before returning to his seat. While Kes had his quarrels with his people he knew certain truths such as no matter who, a mandalorian holds his honour in high regard and while each may have their own perception of what was honourable and dishonourable there is already a pretty common idea of what is and isn't.
