There are any number of Factions and Masters/Knights that I'm sure would love to work with you. What sort of Jedi do you want to be, as this might help both parties decide what's the best fit.
For example, do you see your character as traditional or more radical? A warrior or a healer? A free-spirit or wanting to serve a particular government? Stuff like this will help you make a better decision and so make the relationship that much more beneficial.
