That's because trying to write one at the moment is making me wanna hit my head against the wall.

He's the older brother of 'prince' Octavius di-whatever. Basically, he ran off one day, and didn't come back to the palace. Basically, rich kid playing with toys instead of beating up on the guy who took his birthright. Not as arrogant as all that, but he's rich, and good-looking, and has a giant dog/wolf thing.
