Looking for a Thread DM

It is as the title says, I am looking for someone to DM for a thread I'm starting for my faction (also open to the public, if anyone's wondering ). The problem is that I can't DM to save a life. I was hoping someone would be willing to volunteer for me. You will get equal share in whatever rewards come of it for your assistance.
