Valery Noble
Yesss, forcy stuff.
Well we could have her interact with Salis just to see what would happen. Salis is defenitely dark sided, currently working as a Major for the Eternal empire. (Second character I've made, so has a fair amount of history now...well for me.) While she does suspect that she may one day have to give up on violence, something she greatly loves, due to it's very slow diminishing enjoyment to her. (I'm kind of thinking of it like over-stimulation or something.) she's not gotten to that point yet. It could just be neat to see what happens when they end up near each other, because she'd still gladly enter conflict, but is unlikely to start it outside of actual war or where she can legally get away with it. She also wouldn't instantly attack someone just for being a jedi.
Another option might be
Fe Tserim, a dark sider not because she wants to be, but because of the emotions/thoughts she felt of all the soldiers when they were fighting and dying, resulting in it being almost impossible for her to properly use the light side. (Called path of thought and path of emotion by her people, neither are considered inherently wrong). She's now a medical bussinesswoman/animal trainer. She could be neat to toss in because they could go philosophical, or go practical, about force things. Or even just visit or something. Although technically she's also in the Eternal Empire, she's not really as attached to their government and works more with the Zweihander Union or other business things.
Ardon Tillian may also work, whether just for some cantina thing, or some kind of mission. Technically he's a smuggler but generally a good one. Sometimes he also just works as transport as well. His family has business in that but he's stayed on the low level and really doesn't have any interest in rising in ranks at all. Probably thinks of himself a little as an adventurer, but also is just better at being hands-on. He also has a speech problem due to an injury that resulted in droid replacements for parts of his brain. Defenitely a kinder person than the other two, and also not a force user.
