Sometimes, it may even be possible to communicate and leave the negative status!
However, contracts available may be limited or different. Organizations taking territory and mandating control in the galaxy may see limited or less available contract types for them. Although, Companies, are almost never limited! Send a holonet message today, and see what you can get!

Limitation does not mean all other contracts are dismissed, but chosen limited options does mean more likely to be approved.
