Well if you are so graciously asking.
There are many-many-spots open in the Catharian Hegemony's roster.
I'll sum up the Catharian Hegemony here:
The Catharian Hegemony as it was called during the Jedi Civil War, was a small but highly advanced power located on the very fringe of the Unknown Regions. Both untouched by Republic and Sith influence. It was first settled after the Mandalorian Wars saw Cathar's civilian population's genocides and the rest of the survivors fleeing into unknown space upon the back of the Darksider by the name of Xzaien who also lead a small expedition there prior to Cathar's devastation by the Mandalorian onslaught. But, alongside these Cathar refugees also came the Repentants, Mandalorians who disobeyed Cassus Fett's call to eradicate all Cathar located on their homeworld. These Mandalorians saved the lives of hundreds of thousands of Refugee's from Cassus' Genocidal Spree and as such protected the very first group of Cathar refugees on their travel into the unknown regions.
Soon as the Sith were eventually defeated thanks to Revan turning back to the light and destroying the Star Forge, many deserters and those attempting to escape Republic Persecution sought a new home. With no options available these renegade and defeated Sith Troopers and fleeing Lords traveled to Cathay to seek either a banner to fight for or a place to finally call home after years of warfare. These first Sith soon became the vanguard of the Catharian Armed Force's Space Trooper Corps.
Following shortly after the Mandalorian Wars, the Jedi Civil War, and the First Jedi Purge. Fleeing Jedi and Republic Personnel also followed in the footsteps of their Sith counterparts. With hundreds of millions of either displaced refugees or Republic Forces joining hand on Xzaien's World. Including famous Republic Grand Admiral Keyes who deserted the Republic with the entire 2nd Republic Attack Fleet. These early victories in both Military Material and personnel saw Cathay become a small little world no one cares about to a rather powerful and dangerous minor power in the Galaxy. Shortly after the Sith and Republic forces were re-organized into the Catharian Military, The Catharian Hegemony was formed, and soon came to conquer various minor civilisations located nearby its home world. But, for some unknown reasons their autocratic leader, Xzaien ordered its populations on Cathay and her colonies on its various moons and planetoids within home system to enter a Static Hybernation where they would remain for almost 5,000 years. Only five years prior to the events of 858 BBY did the first survivors awake, and over those five years came to reconquer their homeworld. Now, they have revealed themselves to the Galaxy.
That's it really
