For specifically hunting Sith, I'd recommend [member="Kian Karr"] and the Jedi Shadows.

If you're intent on hunting and killing Sith, I'd go with [member="Silara"]'s recommendation. [member="Kian Karr"] is a member of the Jedi Order and although serving the GR means facing the lovely Sith on a daily basis, your motive sounds more personal. Kian would look to arrest not kill them!

Well [member="Vassara Raxis"] it's safe to say working with the Silver Jedi I'm a little rougher around the edges than you would get with a Republic Jedi like [member="Kian Karr"], and I do make a habit of seeking out Sith relics to destroy, and if that means Sith along the way...so be it.
However I don't actively seek them just to slay them. More like making them see how weak they are against the Light - gaining knowledge and understanding of how they work to make us more resilient to their 'by-the-numbers' Dark Side techniques.
Oh, don't let [member="Corvus Raaf"] get in your head with all that #justmyopinion and covert gif Jedi mind trick stuff - go with your gut instinct.

[member="Vassara Raxis"] - The Jedi Shadows are an organization dedicated to hunting down and destroying the Sith, Darkside Cults, and Darkside Relics. As Jedi, however, we wouldn't necessarily go in with killing as our objective, but rather arresting. Killing would happen if they gave us no choice (which being Sith would probably be likely).
