Looking for Open Source Arms and Armor to Put in my Droid

[P.R.I.M.U.S.]

This Character is a droid, and I want him to have a fair number of weapon systems installed. Can anyone recommend some technology that is not Unique or too Limited that I can use for this character? I'm looking to make him a Pirate/Bounty Hunter type so both lethal and non-lethal weaponry would be good.
