Looking for RP--anyone have a cybernetics expert?

I'm interested in getting this character some slicing cybernetics, something like this possibly at the Expo while it's going on. Does anyone have a character skilled at installing subcutaneous implants? And want to RP it out?

I could always hand-wave it of course, but it would be more fun to do as thread with another writer(s).

I'm happy to start out the thread, too. See how easy I'm making it?

I played it when it launched. I have nothing against the game, but I didn't stick with it. It's a pretty game though and the scripted stories were neat.
