- Advisors: Sirius is looking for advisors who can help him adapt to the current politics of the universe, and play catch up in such a way that he would be better equipped to govern the Narrikians, because of possessing knowledge about the Galactic state of affairs.
- Force Users: Since Sirius is the Emperor of the Narrikians, he is expected to know how to control the power of the Force. As a result of this, he will be seeking mentors who could teach him how to use the Light Side of the Force, and the Dark Side of the Force more efficiently. He'll also be wanting to learn the more exotic combat powers of the Force, and Alkahest/Alchemy for himself, as well as Imbuing and the other Force Powers that could affect weapons. Jedi and Sith will be allowed if they can keep from killing each other, and endangering the planet. In addition, Sirius has a personal preference that any Force User is not able to utilize disease spreading Force Powers.
- Businesses: As the Narrikians will soon be expanding outward, Sirius is looking to bring in businesses from outside of Setus Prime to do great wonders for the Economy of Setus Prime, and any other worlds the Narrikians will have. As a result, he will definitely be looking for businesses to help improve and increase the amount of infrastructure the Narrikians have.
- Ship Designers: Given the lack of their own ships, this is a must have. Sirius will pay highly for ship companies to start building custom ships for the Narrikians, so they have their own standing fleet at their disposal.
