Looking for Someone to Take Over

So I've started up a company with this character, but Gen is a really private person and is looking for someone to lead the company so that no one notices her. Basically, she's looking for a CEO to be the public image for the business so the owner (Gen) can do stuff but remain anonymous.

The catch? I need someone business-minded and factory savvy, and I need someone to help me write the dev thread for this: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/32489-echo-bactarma-gen-1/

Personally, I'd recommend using the dev thread as a way to make an alliance with somebody that has bacta/kolto, for example the Omega Protectorate has a world with Bacta(The biggest I believe), Silk Holdings has Bacta as well, the Republic has Kolto, the Fringe might have Bacta IIRC, etc. This way not only do you have a dev thread to your armor, but also towards company improvement and Tiering up. That is not necessary in any case, but is my personal recommendation.

I'm not quite sure how I could have either of you as CEO since one of you owns a company and the other has/had a company that did not fare well publicly?

That was due to property destruction on behalf of someone who had issues with me. We reconciled, so no more issues. As such, Subach has been doing quite well with regards to its rebuilding, and so would be more than glad to help your company thrive as well.

Again, I'm still unsure as to how I can have a CEO who operates another company without becoming a subsidiary. I ran into this dilemma with another character privately and that's why I've posted this ad. IC, I just don't think it makes sense.
