SPECIAL FEATURES
  • The lightsaber is the weapon of choice for force-wielders, serving simultaneously as spear, shield, and tool. Capable of cutting almost any material, deflecting blaster bolts (and other sabers), and even acting as a lamp in a pinch, it is truly an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.
STRENGTHS
  • Plasma Blade: A lightsaber's blade consists of a plasma beam, constrained by a magnetic field and rotating at high velocity, generating a great deal of heat. This unique constitution allows the lightsaber to pass through most materials with little resistance, deflect blaster bolts, and generate enough light to see by within a small radius.
WEAKNESSES
  • Delicate Balance: A lightsaber's power demands a complex internal structure. While the casing is resilient, and components are not easily jostled around, if even a single piece is removed or damaged, it may likely render the weapon inoperable.
DESCRIPTION
Lor crafted this lightsaber while under his Master's tutelage, and has used the same design for his entire career. He "destroyed" the saber when he left the Jedi Order, but in reality kept the crystal and the specifications of the original, and crafted an exact replica, which he currently keeps on his person at all times.

Nice, concise and straight forward sub. My only remarks are around if this lightsaber is vulnerable to the effects of cortosis or water. There are various ways around this, of course. The removal of dimetris circuits or the inclusion of a Mestare crystal for Cortosis or the addition of a Bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse for water.

Adding either, both or none is fine, though. Just want to make sure we know what the limitations of this blade are.
