Biography

Duke Arthur Myneto, nicknamed by his friends and family as the Lord of the Markarn Plains was born is 800 ABY to a father and mother who have been lost to history, both of them robbed of their riches by their only child. Not much is known of Arthur's early life however, it is known that he excelled in literature, foreign affairs and politics during this time.

By the age of 36, Arthur had served two terms as Governor of his homeworld. It is known that Arthur keeps in close contact with the leaders of his world, pulling strings to make them owe favors. For what purpose, no one knows. Eventually Arthur moved to Selonia, Corella's Sister World, to enjoy a luxury palace he had constructed and allowed his wife to take his son, Zahara, to Corellia where he could be exposed to the busy life of the galaxy.

When the Corellian Confederation was re-founded however, Arthur couldn't help but try his hand in politics yet again, becoming Governor of Selonia under Diktat Lisza Starseeker. He served with distinction, rooting out corruption and crime and becoming known as a leader who suffered no fools or criminals.

When the High Republic was founded and power began to shift, and then the Galactic Alliance was reconstituted, Arthur joined the new Senator as a Junior Representative in the Federal Assembly
