Lore Update: Netherworld

Before questions arise, there are 2 entrances/exits still present in the Galaxy to the Netherworld.

A rift on Csilla, built by Omni, located in an old abandoned Omni facility. It was one way but is now a two-way street.

A rift on the broken remains of Corellia/Lashtu.

They're no longer large enough to fly starships in/out, but people can walk in/out.

Meaning you can still visit the Netherworld via these two entrances, or exit if you were still stuck there.

The dead no longer have the ability to leave the Netherworld en masse... but a few individuals could, if you're super creative.

[member="Tefka"] Does the Rift of War hold its effects? I wouldn't think so, seeming as Akala is dead now, but it did double ones strength in the force.

Also, if I understand this right... the entire Yuuzhan Vong Galaxy was teleported to this why? Instant galactic disk collision? Or where only the few select planets brought over? If so, are these planets going to appear on the map, or just outside the in that companion galaxy cluster whose name I forget?

Gunna re-ask my question I asked in the Netherworld FAQ thread. I assumed you didn't awnser then as to not ruin the conclusion of the event. :p

Would it be allowed to make a character who was one of the dead that became living once more by walking through the rifts?

If they were a character created post-Gulag, yes.

Prior to the Gulag Virus, no.

This is to prevent too much outlandishness.

Sounds good. :D

I'm hoping to bring a character from another roleplay, who died a good death. That roleplay was set around 200aby, so he would've been during the Gulag plague. That good? :)

I haven't kept up with the threads in the last week, so forgive me if this was explained there.

Are all the disappeared people suddenly returning, or would they (those who survived) pilgrim out and slowly find their way through the galaxy again? As in the invisible population.

A fair example, thank you.

EDIT: My only fear is that, like in past cases, the planet will be rebuilt before the end of next month. Oh well.

If it does, then it does. It might bother you, it might bother me, but in the endgame it doesn't really hurt or affect anything.

The planet was practically destroyed. It will never be the same as it once was.

You can build the future, but you can't undo the past.
