Lorn Reingard's early life was a mix of idyllic Naboo scenery and the gentle hum of Theed's bustling marketplace. Born into a family anchored by his mother's needle and thread and his father's unwavering duty to the Royal Security Corps, Lorn, the only son amidst two sisters, experienced a childhood bathed in love and stability. However, this tranquil existence was shattered at the tender age of ten when his father, a steadfast protector, was tragically killed in the line of duty.
HISTORY
The loss of his father was a wound that wouldn't heal easily. Lorn's world, once vibrant, was cast into a somber grey. He acted out, his youthful spirit struggling to comprehend the harsh reality of loss. It was during this tumultuous period that a dormant power within him began to stir: the Force. Recognizing the potential danger of his son's emotional turmoil and the budding Force sensitivity, Lorn's mother made a difficult decision. She sent him to the New Jedi Order, hoping that structure and purpose would guide him towards a brighter future.
(Young Lorn)
Lorn's initial years within the Order were marked by a quiet diligence, his inherent talents beginning to bloom under the guidance of experienced Masters. Yet, fate had a different path in store for him. A young Jedi Knight, Soloman Varnell, witnessed the raw potential within Lorn and saw in him a kindred spirit. Taking Lorn under his wing, Soloman steered the young Padawan away from the established Jedi academies and towards his home planet, a world perpetually embroiled in conflict and war.
This feudal world was a stark contrast to the peaceful Naboo. Lorn's training became a relentless forge, where martial arts, physical fitness, and survival skills were paramount. Soloman, who Lorn gradually came to view as an older brother, imparted knowledge and wisdom gleaned from years of experience. Alongside Soloman, Lorn joined the Varnell Family Army, led by Soloman's uncle, the formidable King Duncan Varnell. Under the protection of the Jedi, the kingdom flourished, weathering the relentless onslaught of rival kingdoms fueled by the dark machinations of the Sith.
Years melted into a blur of training and duty. Lorn's bond with Soloman deepened, their shared experiences forging an unbreakable connection. When Lorn reached the age of twenty-three, Soloman, in a symbolic gesture acknowledging Lorn's prowess and dedication, bestowed upon him the honor of Knighthood – a moment of heartfelt pride amidst the distant echoes of galactic conflict.

Their idyllic existence, however, was shattered by a cruel twist of fate. An enemy kingdom, driven by vengeance and fueled by the whispers of the dark side, dispatched a Sith assassin to eliminate King Duncan and frame the two Jedi Knights. The King, a beacon of hope for his people, met a gruesome end, his death a stain on the peaceful landscape. Soloman and Lorn, unjustly accused of regicide, were swiftly tried and convicted, sentenced to a terrible death.
Soloman, the guiding light in Lorn's life, was executed first. Lorn, left alone to grapple with the crushing weight of grief and injustice, spent weeks in agonizing anticipation of his own execution. In a desperate act of survival and driven by a fierce will to live, he managed to escape his prison and the war-torn world that had become synonymous with loss.
(Lorn imprisoned)
Haunted by the memories of his fallen companions and the stain of wrongful conviction, Lorn returned to his home world, Naboo. He arrived a changed man, bearing the scars of his past and a profound sense of shame. Now, a Jedi Knight in exile, he seeks refuge and a new path within the Order of Shiraya. Driven by an unyielding determination, Lorn hopes to find redemption and a renewed sense of purpose, a way to honor the legacy of his fallen brother and forge a future free from the shadows of his past. His journey is far from over, but Lorn Reingard, once a hopeful boy, now a scarred Jedi Knight, is ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead.
