[SIZE=12pt]Dark Lord Soren Vintitus, a name lost to history and nearly never spoken. The obscure Sith lord was once a master at genetic manipulation of living creatures using a combination of Sith alchemy and cross-breeding techniques. However, he was long dead and all that remained of him was the lone Sith Battle-cruiser that was now drifting aimlessly through space. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]The huge ship drifted across the void, it’s dark grey hull nearly indistinguishable from the vast emptiness of space, and stood out most when it blotted out the beautiful pinpoints of light that dotted the black back drop of the galaxy. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]For thousands of years the void had been preserving the venerable ship and the horrors that lay within, but now as the ship drifted back into the outer rim (U-17) from deep space it would not be lost for long. A single running light flashed on the ship’s bow as it drifted lifelessly, but the ship was intact and it’s systems had been operating with the excellent precision of superior engineering. The power core while growing ancient was still functional and operating well, but for how long was anyone’s guess. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]Here, from this ship, a song began to be heard by the apprentices and padawans of the galaxy. The song was of sadness and loss. The song called out for those delicate learners to come and release the singers from their prison. The singers wept as they sang their desperate plea for release. Who would hear? All apprentices and padawans of the galaxy. Who would answer the call from the dark ship? Only time would tell. [/SIZE]
