Intent: To formalize a possession of Loxa's that she has had since her days with the Moross Crusade
Development Thread:
The Phrik to make the staff was awarded to Loxa for her participation in the Dominion of Subterrel within the Moross Crusade, however during the merger into the Fringe the awards thread posted by [member="Soliael Devin Talith"] was deleted.
Moross Crusade owned and operated Phrik mines on Demonsgate, which was one of their three original starting planets and is a known source of Phrik on the Chaos forums.

Description:
As part the reward for those who helped to dominion the planet of Subterrel, Moross Crusade Aesirs gifted a small amount of Phrik to the participants. Enough to make a weapon or minimal armor plating. Loxa chose to commission the weaponsmiths of Moross to create a simple staff. Being a person of few possessions, Loxa felt that a staff would best suit her needs as she was an avid wanderer and traveler and so its primary and intentional use was simply for that of a walking stick.
As it turns out, Phrik's nigh indestructible and lightsaber resistant qualities also come in handy to use in combat.
The staff itself stands over her head at 6 feet tall but is very lightweight. The top is decorated with a polished sphere of amber collected on Aaris II. In combat it is most effective when used as a two-handed weapon, but because of the lightness it can also be used single-handedly should the need arise.
Aside from being a very straight forward and simple staff, it served as a symbol of Loxa's rank within the Crusade, being the only named Steward, and also connects her to this not-too-distant past despite the fact that Moross itself has dispersed. The symbols of the Moross Aesirs can be seen decoratively along the length of the staff.
Strengths:
- Lightweight - can easily be used single-handedly. Makes for an excellent walking stick. Quick and snappy when used for combat.
- Phrik - near indestructible, lightsaber resistant, disperses electricity.
- Pretty - When not in use, it makes a very nice centerpiece on the wall.
Weaknesses:
- Its just a staff. Minimal uses outside of walking with, thwacking people on the head/shin, dispersing Force Lightning, or parrying a lightsaber.
- Cumberson in close-quarters.
- Steal appeal. Likely once someone figures out it's made of Phrik they're gonna want to steal it. Jerks.
