- Appearance: An absolute titan of an animal. Luach is a mighty beast that stands at over 3 meters tall on all fours and over five meters whe on his hind paws. His fur is a muted grey, water-proof and surprisingly soft. Like all members of his species, he possesses webbed paws and a large paddle-like tail.

- Personality: Similar to his master. Luach is a calm and affable beast. Slow to rouse to anger. Quick to show off more playful sides of his personality. And showing a fierce protectiveness towards younglings. However, as he is still an animal. When said anger is roused, it can be a terrible thing.
- Training: He behaves as a well-trained hunting animal. Restrained by years of careful taming from Aaran and an empathic animal bond through the Force.
- Combat Function: While he is reluctant to allow his companion to engage in open warfare or large scale combat. Luach is a capable war beast more than able to tangle with the nastiest monsters the Galaxy has to offer. As well as large groups of thugs, or soliders. But as an animal, struggles against ranged or cunning combatants.
- He possesses incredible strength and durability. Even for a Lurix. More than capable of tearing through toughened material and overpowering rampaging Sithspawn.

Unless one is Force Sensitive and takes the time in forming a bond with him. He is disinclined to listen to anyone.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Pamarthe is a wild world. And such a world contains many a fearsome creature. With the Lurix standing near the top of the food chain. These near-mythical beasts are regarded as the companions of heroes and legends. As well as being extremely rare in this day in age.
So imagine the surprise on the faces of the Tafo clan when their pre-teen son comes wandering back home after a day of exploring with a Lurix cub in tow. Their surprise only grew as the young Force Senstive explained how he stumbled upon a seemingly abandoned cub and to his surprise, did not run away, but instead regarded the human with curiosity. Aaran's own nascent Force abilities finally manifesting through an empathic link with the legendary creature. So instead of acting like the wild animal it was. It was no more dnagerous than an overly excited dog. A terror on the furniture. But no danger to any human.
For many a year their bond only deepened. And when Aaran finally left to join the Jedi. He always found himself returning home as often as he could to visit his family and old friend.
And now, as he finds himself settled on Coruscant. He reached out back home. Looking to bring his own companion to the Core. Both for company, and to act as his eyes when needed.
