HISTORY:
Ludwig, is a quiet soul and a quiet soul keeps many secrets. Not much is known of the kind yet menacing wanderer. From what his fellow Templars could extract from him, he was once an Echani Jedi Knight, who was talented in Force Healing powers and an adept bladesmen.
However, in order to pay a mysterious debt that could not be so easily paid with his life – Ludwig abandoned the Force. Feeling his very body was too “tainted by this poison of poisons” Ludwig disfigured is own form. His own lightsaber was used to amputate both of his fore-arms and he consumed various poisoned that have irreversibly severed his connection to the force and the parts of his nerves that could channel it. Mechanical fibers and cybernetics replaced the flesh that was once “infested” with the “untamable malevolence that is the Force”.
Having made his “oath of undying piety to humanity”, Ludwig left the order to become a wandering cleric. Even though he could not use the force – he held a great encyclopedic knowledge of esoteric and conventional medicines, along with various elixir and chemical traditions that could be found across the Galaxy. He is seen as an angel, but to some – especially those he considered “plagued with the force” he is a doctor of evil.
Secretly, Ludwig uses his knowledge to develop poisons, toxins and machines designed to “cleanse the body of malevolence”, i.e. create chemical concoctions that can severe the force and destroy parts of the body that could wield it like the mind, nerves and muscles.
Ludwig is a phantom of pious mania. A silver angel and a pale cleric of cruelest logic to others.
