• Intent: Lucian was among the first of the Illyrian Shadow Wolves. Unlike most of his kind he was not released into the wilds of Illyria after his creation, instead he was one of the few kept under Adron Malvern's personal care.

PHYSICAL INFORMATION

• Species: Illyrian Shadow Wolf
• Appearance: Luscian has a thick coat of grey fur running along his body and down his tail, although each of his paws shows a transition from grey to a chalky black. He has intelligent amethyst eyes and a long powerful maw. The Shadow Wolf sits right around two meters in height, with a little more room to grow. His body is semi-translucent to where in broad daylight you could see through his form, making him exceptionally hard to spot at night. He usually has a very wary, reserved disposition when around all but his master.

• Personality: Luscian is incredibly intelligent and he is completely aware of this intelligence, because of this he is often very sarcastic or flippant with those he has regarded as "less intelligent" which tends to be most people in the known galaxy. He is a prideful being but not without a good deal of reason and his own sense of honor. He is not excessive or irrational, however he is very protective of his master and those close to him. He likes to think of himself as tastefully witty, often using that wit against his master when it is wanted least.
• Training:
  • Tracker: Luscian has an advanced sense of smell. He can use this for tracking down familiar scents, recognizing dangers, and noticing a change in the weather. He is able to track known scents over a span of miles, depending on how long the scent remains in the area.
  • Wraith: With Luscian's translucent form he is already difficult to see in the darkness. When he focuses on the Force, he can sway the minds of those around him to disregard him, cloaking himself from their eyes and allowing him to slip past them with ease.
  • Advisor: Although this is uncommon, Luscian has a thirst for knowledge. He prides himself in reading and learning about various parts of life, this includes mathematics, history, galactic news, philosophy, economics, and language. His mental capacity is very ravenous and he enjoys spending his spare time fulfilling that hunger.
  • Scout: The beast is able to safely and swiftly cover large spans of terrain in a short time. This, along with the fact it is very difficult to see him, makes him the idea scout.
  • Warrior: The Shadow Wolves were specifically trained to defend the planet of Illyria and its people. They hold within them a strength and ferocity to rival most creatures, especially humanoids. Their intelligent and methodical ways are reflected well in Luscian as he is capable of entering combat with a good chance of success depending on the skill of his opponent.

COMBAT INFORMATION

• Combat Function: As a maturing Shadow Wolf Luscian is an extremely formidable beast to face against. His intellect gives him a keen edge over all opponents as he is capable of analyzing his enemies tactics and combating them appropriately. His knowledge makes him a wonderful companion in combat due to his ability to recognize certain tactics and strategies that are being implemented. When engaging in martial matches he prefers to utilize his teeth as opposed to the Force. He views the Force as a last resort that is only needed when absolutely necessary.

Strengths:

• Intelligent: With a calm head and an analytical mind, Luscian is an extremely intelligent companion to have. This is an especially appreciated talent when in the midst of combat.
• Size: Illyrian Shadow Wolves are capable of growing to be two and a half meters tall. Although Luscian has not yet reached that height he does sit at a little over two meters in height. His imposing size and weight can be an edge when entering into combat.
• Animal Instinct: Although he is intelligent and sentient, Luscian is capable of delving into his animalistic nature. This makes him adept at tracking, hunting, survival, and traveling difficult terrain.
• Genetically Superior: Luscian has a bodily system that allows him to easily flush all toxins and poisons from his system. However, the same goes for any drugs or antibiotics that may be designed to help him as well. This leaves several methods of healing and medication effectively useless to him.

Weaknesses:

• Massive: The Shadow Wolves are truly huge creatures. This makes moving them problematic as many will not fit on some of the smaller fighters and shuttles. Moving them around a world or trying to get them off world could prove impossible without the proper equipment.
• The Light Side of the Force: Like many things born with Sith Magic, the Shadow Wolves have a horrid weakness to the light side of the Force. Not only can it deactivate their natural ability to remain translucent, it will prove very useful when trying to stun them.
• Genetically Complicated: Although the Wolves are capable of interbreeding they have one problem that makes their race at risk. No technology in the known galaxy is capable of healing them. If they suffer a wound that cannot be healed through simple means, then they will likely die as bacta, kolto, and most drugs are ineffective against their system. This includes stims as well.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
One of the original nine Shadow Wolves to be birthed from Luscia, Luscian is one of the first of his kind. He is a very thoughtful and wise companion to the Illyrian King, although there are often times he is purposely difficult with the man. As the first of Luscia's pups to leave her belly he was given her namesake to carry on. His days as a pup were long and extremely traumatizing as he spent almost a year within the confines of a research lab. Due to this he is very anti-social and does not like to be around people, he certainly dislikes anything to resemble a lab, including hospitals.

Even more sentient than his mother, Luscian was released at the age of one to travel Illyria and enjoy the wilds. As one of Illyria's Guardians he often travels the planet to learn more about what it is and how it is transforming. He serves as the eyes and ears of he King, frequently patrolling the planets mountains. The Illyrian Wolf often watched Aymeric Rouche an Illyrian native with a particular hatred for the King. He finds amusement in the boy's frustrations and struggles, however also watches him from the shadows, curious to see of his own growth.
