-Guerilla: She's fought against major galactic powers for too long to forget what it's like to be an underdog. That is her preferred style of action and the one that she has her company engage in, with experience and training in most forms of combat.
-Charismatic: She is a leader at heart, with a fierce love for her soldiers, and a passionate belief in her vision for a better galaxy.
-Frozen Grief: Lyra never got over her sister's death and it still consumes her dreams, although she locks it away.
-Arrogant: She's proud of what she's accomplished and what she's created and she looks down on those who haven't been able to accomplish as much as she has.
APPEARANCE:
Lyra is a middle aged woman by now, hardened and lined by two decades of warfare, with cybernetic arms, legs, and back-support. Most of these are covered by her uniform and armor, but sometimes they can be seen. Her hair is still black, with a hint of gray beginning to appear, although it matches her eyes. Her build is lean and muscled.
BIOGRAPHY:
The Sunfell family, part of the Mandalorian clan Kelborn, had long ago settled in the Outer Rim as homesteaders, part of a Mandalorian colony that existed since time immemorial. They played no real role in the vast majority of galactic history, content with their family farms and businesses, all the while retaining their combat training as Mandalorians. A few, now and then, would go off as bounty hunters or mercenaries, but for the most part would return to the family and take care of things there.
That all changed when the One Sith attacked. There were three sisters-- Lyra, Aldara, and Hytollia. Each felt the call of adventure in different ways, with Aldara taking up bounty hunting and Hytollia working as a freighter captain. Lyra enlisted in her homeworld's defense force, first as enlisted personnel, and then being selected for officer's school. With the rise of the One Sith, her role took on a far more daunting task. Finding herself in command of a mobile infantry company, the 61st, she prepared them the best she could for battle.
Eventually, Hytollia was killed by the One Sith and while every fiber of her being itched for revenge, Lyra held herself back, until their forces merged with the then disorganized GADF, becoming Twilight Company, after the legendary Rebel Alliance company of the same designation. She fought with honor alongside her company against superior foes, and yet they managed to triumph.
With the ongoing wars, she has also seen action against the First Order and Core warlords. After being injured in battle in the invasion of Hoth, she has gotten cybernetic upgrades to her body.
