- Lyzeara is the sole beneficiary of one of the former ruling Oligarchs of Epoch that backed the One Sith and is descended from Epochian nobility dating back before the Gulag Plague's initial outbreak. Generations of power and wealth rest at her fingertips as well as an extensive network of contacts and resources available at her whim.

- Bureaucracy: Lady Fluree was brought up into Epochian high culture and politics since she was a preteen. She was educated in the cutthroat tactics and gentle touch of a professional statesman under some of the wisest bureaucrats of the Core Worlds. Lyzeara was heir to a powerful line of nobility that had seized power after the rise of the One Sith and was destined for great power. When her family fell from grace she separated herself and entered the political arena in order to redeem the honor of her lineage.
- Finance: Taught to maintain power and wealth of a generational trust fund that dated back nearly to the beginning of her family's lineage on Epoch, Lyzeara was trained by the best financial instructors and economists money could buy. She maintains control over several corporations and manages her immense estate like a powerful mogul.
- Administration: Learning the ways of bureaucratic and financial strategies has had the effect of making Lyzeara and excellent taskmaster. Administration has become second nature and fits well with her Type A personality.

She is loyal to her homeworld and it's people, deeply involved with local planetary politics, in secret though she maintains a xenophobic attitude bred into her by her formerly Sith sympathizing family who attained a great deal of power during the occupation of Epoch by the One Sith.

- Combat Function: Lyzeara is a bureaucrat and would be utterly defenseless in most combat situations if not for her command of the Force. Even then unless it was absolutely necessary she would not risk revealing her abilities to the masses, only if her life was in danger or if a situation required her to do so, she would use her abilities to combat an opponent. Telekinesis, Force Choke, Mind Probe, and Mind Trick would be her tools to disarm and defeat her opponents.

A Force-sensitive human female from Epoch, Lyzeara Fluree was raised under the shadow of the powerful Fluree noble lineage whom had served the Fossk Royal Family for generations dating back to Sirius Fossk himself. Taught by the best instructors around the Core Worlds, she was given the greatest formal education credits could buy and was raised under to believe in Human High Culture. Her father was the patriarch of her family and a secret conspirator in an attempt to seize power alongside several others away from the Epochian Monarchy. This conspiracy of nobles succeeded with the onset of the Galactic Republic's war with the One Sith and the subsequent occupation by their new Sith Lords. Those who aided in the revolution became Oligarchs over the planet Epoch and accumulated massive reserves of power.
After the fall of the One Sith, her father and his accomplices enacted several failsafes to ensure their power over Epoch would not be completely dismantled with the rise of the Galactic Alliance. Tightening down on the planet, the Oligarchs were eventually overthrown and Lyzeara's family desperately sought to ensure their legacy outlived their patriarch by ousting him as well. Removing the stain of their Sith sympathizing history, the Fluree family became headed by Lyzeara in accordance to her father's wishes before his exile. Lyzeara submitted herself and her family to the Royal Family and became retainers under the restored government as it transitioned into a constitutional monarchy led primarily by the people within the Epochian Assembly. It was here that her immense resources left to her by her father were put to use restoring Epoch and the capital of Odessa to it's former glory after a devastating civil war.
Using her influence, she nationalized the Epoch Engineering Corporation and began mining in the nearby Erebus Belt within the system and gained control over nearly the majority of shares over the company shortly beforehand. It was here her career shined as she earned the trust and compassion of her royal lieges, eventually meeting the elderly Jedi Knight

.It is unknown why she left politics on Epoch but Lyzeara soon found herself serving as the Chief Senatorial Aide to Senator Kaigann Fossk following his election to office.
