SPECIAL FEATURES

STRENGTHS
- Firepower incarnate - This weapon fires a High Velocity 35mm cannon round that hits hard and punches through almost everything. Add into this that its a decent rate of fire at up to 80 rounds a minute, and this thing can utterly devastate whatever it's aimed at.
- Modularity included - This weapon and ammunition system are able to be mounted to multiple platforms with ease, all you need is a flat surface, somewhere to mount the ammunition reservoir, and suddenly you have a 35mm Autocannon for an offensive weapon built onto whatever it is you've made. And zeroing it to any targeting system is extremely easy. You can even mount two weapons on top of each other, and have them feed from two different belts to increase your firepower without needing twice the space for the guns.
WEAKNESSES
- Big gun needs a big home - This thing as you can imagine, can't be mounted on light vehicles unless they're specifically designed for it, and don't even think on putting it on any droids that aren't large enough to handle its recoil. Its a BFG so you need to treat it like one, or the results will be less than stellar.
- You need even more space for ammo - So unlike most heavy repeaters or even blaster cannons, the ammo store for this thing is huge, and that's because each individual round is quite large. You are gonna have to find a spot for the droid or vehicle to carry the rounds for this weapon system and you're gonna have to protect it well. Cause I don't know about you but I hate being a Nancy No Bullets with a useless autocannon because they forgot to protect the thing's ammo.
DESCRIPTION
Coming from the CIS's Ministry of Science Vendor contracts program, this weapon system is designed to be a medium caliber autocannon for vehicle and heavy droid use. This weapon system is a low rate of fire, heavy autocannon that fires a 35mm slugs that are capable of hitting targets kilometers away and turning anything that's even slightly squishy into a fine mist. This autocannon hits like a bus filled with neuranium and when it comes to making things go away, it does so with gusto. And then there's the fact that so long as the thing you're mounting this weapon onto is large and strong enough to physically handle it and the ammo, it's relatively easy to do the install. And tying this thing into a targeting computer is also extremely easy as well, making it an opportune weapon to mount onto any vehicle or droid that directly supports infantry or vehicle combat. And with a 35mm cannon, well, most targets are found wanting when it comes to defending against it.
