In the aftermath of the Neo-Crusader raid on Manaan, Sig Dryggo recovered the remains of a mostly intact 3D-4X administration droid. Realizing the potential in having a personal servant aboard his starship, Sig went to work restoring the droid.
Knowing he’d constantly be in combat scenarios, he added some light beskar lining to the droid’s torso. Beyond that he didn’t make any further modifications, lacking the resources to do much more beyond repairing.
He did, however, reprogram the droid’s personality. Instead of a mindless servant, Sig opted for a bloodthirsty loudmouth to compliment his more quiet demeanor. M9 is opinionated, loud-mouthed, and extremely hostile to most living things.
- M9 is programmed with an extremely hostile personality. It is unafraid to voice It’s own opinions and thoughts, and is generally hostile towards most living things that aren’t Sig.
- Loyal. Fiercely loyal to Sig Dryggo
- Beskar. The chest plating has a thin layer of beskar. Not enough to provide the full benefit, but enough to provide some additional resistance
- Apathetic. Like it’s creator, M9 is cold and uncaring for most living things save Sig.
- Protocols. Despite being loyal to Sig and having slightly upgraded defensive armor, M9 is still only a protocol droid.
