- Respectable Armament with versatile main gun
- Armored legs means limited vulnerability to classic anti-walker techniques
- Somewhat slow
- No defense against aircraft
- Still a two-legged walker
- Limited Ammunition for the main gun
Built around a solid durasteel frame with light but very tough Duranium armor plating, the Enforcer is generally immune to most conventional small arms. Unlike the old AT-ST, the joints and limbs are solidly built and well protected, with large blast shields guarding the arms and the legs encased in armored cocoons. The command pod itself is very well protected, able to shrug off even hits from blaster cannons and weaker anti-armor weaponry. Defensively, the only other thing the Enforcer has going for it is a large counterweight system which gives it remarkable agility. It is capable of 'crouching' to roughly half its normal height (though speed is drastically limited) to maneuver tight spaces and is fully capable of standing on one leg. It cannot jump (the command pod is simply too heavy) but can pick itself up after falling over and 'hop' out of the way of slow moving obstacles. While this is significantly improved compared to the classic AT-ST, it is still rather deficient when compared to modern tanks, but the planners at Shadowline judged the urban utility to be worth the trade.
Offensively the Enforcer is well armed with a Triple Linked Repeating Blaster Cannon for dealing with infantry and light vehicles. Capable of putting out a tremendous rate of fire, the cannon can also be utilized in a three shot burst mode, putting three bolts in almost the exact same spot with terrifying position to defeat heavier armor or shields. The main armament is a unique 130mm railgun dubbed the MRAAC (pronounced Em-rack) that can fire a variety of rounds at a rate of 85 rounds per minute. There are two main rounds used; APDS-T (Armor Piercing Discarding Sabot with Tracer) and HEI-T (High Explosive Incendiary with Tracer), specialized for anti-armor and fire support, respectively. The MRAAC features an integrated auto-loading system featuring two separate 20-round drums which can be selected on the fly to feed the weapon. An internal magazine of 240 rounds (typically 120 of each) is mounted towards the back of the command pod, giving the Enforcer a total capacity of 280 rounds before needing a reload. At max sustained rate of fire this would exhaust the magazine in 3.2 minutes, so Enforcer pilots are trained extensively towards conserving ammunition. A nonlethal airbursting gas round can also be loaded for crowd control.
An advanced targeting computer and combat suite makes the most out of the MRAAC and even provides recommendations for round type when appropriate. This is backed up by a decent sensor suite (no wondering what's banging on the hatch) and comms antennas. The command cabin itself is also quite comfortable, and well suited for extended operations.
Overall the Enforcer is an excellent urban combatant and support walker, and is widely used by Tregessar Assault Guards and Helldivers. It also sees limited use by regular Household Security Forces in defense of key facilities and command centers.
