Make me some guns

I need someone with a good R&D character to write with as I develop the groundwork for Grif's weapons. My original thought was to just modify weapons, but that seems a little boring. I need new stuff to make things go bang!

I'm looking for Grif to meet someone and develop some cool boomsticks while at the same time building some connections or relationships. The weapons would be a rocket launcher, a grenade launcher, and a cool shotgun. Anyone up for this?

I think what I'll do is split this into two different orders since I need 4 things. Which one of you us better at explosives IC'ly? I can get the rocket launcher and grenade launcher from whoever it is, and then get the shotgun blaster cannon from the Other as well as a chain gun.
