Suggestion Make Planet Markers / Hyperlanes more visible on the new map

I know that the new map is still new, and a lot of different things are being done to work on it. But I thought I would throw this suggestion out there and see if others would like it as well.

Here is a picture of the classic map compared to a picture of the new map. Both are at 25% zoom:
(Sorry the new map photo is a little blurry. That is a computer error from me)

As you can see on the classic map, the hyperlane (Mara Corridor) and the planet markers are at least somewhat visible. I clicked on Garel to give a sense of that the planet link markers look like on the map. While zooming in will show the other surrounding planets, having the map a little zoomed out is nice when you can still see that there are even planets near Garel.

But, looking at the new map, you cannot even tell that there are other planets around Garel. Again, I chose this planet at random. But when I used the search bar to find it on the new map, the planet marker was not visible at all. Zooming in to 50% shows all of the planet markers with their names. There are no grey dots though when at 25% zoom, or further back, like the classic map.

The hyperlane (Vermillian Drift) is also barely visible. While this is one of the better hyperlanes on the map for seeing where the full route goes. Most of the hyperlanes on the new map only have a few hexes that they cross, then fully fade away into the background. I know there are only a few of us here on Chaos that care deeply about the hyperlanes, but I would love to see that visible on the new map like they were on the classic one. Same for the planet markers.

I also second this idea - atm I need to squint to see the hyperlane. It'll defs help if they were a bit clearer - if possible. I also kinda miss the green or yellow dots of the old map when zoomed out. That way you could see which hexes had planets and which didn't without using a magnifying glass or zooming in and leopard crawling through an area of the new map when wanting to check placement possibilities for planets.

This is a conflicting ideology suggestion, since the latest update to the map frontend specifically made dots more obscure so the zoomed out image looked less blobby and you could see sectors/etc.

The hyperlanes are hardbaked, they’re a part of the background image. It will require a map redraw to make more visible, but upon creation, were intentionally made more obscure so the overall image was more beautified and less tentacly.

I cannot, at this time, give an answer that will satisfy the suggestion, so it will unfortunately be declined.
