Purgatory, Nar Shaddaa
Before opening hours
It was early morning in Nar Shadda's Red Light Sector, and subdued rambles, scuffles and cries could occasionally be heard from outside the large club complex that was Purgatory. Within, a much different atmosphere could be found to what most of Nar Shaddaa's citizens would experience of the entertainment establishment; a largely still and silent atmosphere devoid of much life at all, save for janitors who had arrived early in the day to clean up from the previous night so that the building's numerous activities could start all over again in the evening to come.
Located to the rear of the club were the offices of Purgatory, within which could be found its austere manager, Mekka Zull, who had been working since the night before. The morning called for the more administratively-focused duties. Fierce as she was, the night prior was a long one, and the morning would doubtless seem longer. She rubbed at her eyes and sipped a cup of stimcaf whilst tinkering at emails and accounts on the console built into her desk. Unlike during the night, she had no security with her this morning for it was not often necessary in the day.
After some time, she closed her email and entered holocall mode, her eyes flicking over to check the time. She had been recommended a young hopeful in the business of illicit trade and the two had arranged an interview to test his knowledge, experience and contacts within the industry. Normally, Mekka would interview in person, but she was willing to allow otherwise on this single occasion. The holocall system opened and she pressed call.
"Is this [member="Daniel Silverton"]? Mekka Zull, manager of Purgatory. I have reason to believe you have an interest in our business." Her voice was lush and silvery.
