Malie is not a fighter.
Though she has been trained by Slevin to be calm under pressure, she knows that combat is not where she belongs. When a fight breaks out Malie will almost always seek the safest place she can and wait there until the fighting is done. Though she knows how to use a blaster, Malie is well aware that in any serious combat situation she would just get in the way. Thus it is better to leave it to the experts.

By all accounts Malie is a very pretty girl.
Though growing up on Zeltros has made her somewhat self-conscious due to the myriad of beautiful women that have surrounded her for most of her life, Malie herself isn't exactly an ugly ducking. She has a certain charm about her that men, and some women, find incredibly charming. She has a very naive look about her, as though she were a deer lost in a forest filled with wolves. Most of the time people want to protect her, thinking that she's incapable of doing so herself.
Under Natalia and Slevin she has come to understand that the look of innocence she naturally carries is an advantage. She knows that she can use it to easily manipulate and change peoples minds, her big doe eyes being used to get her way more often than not.
Oddly enough, despite this look of innocent Malie is more than capable of being assertive. A skill taught to her by Natalia, the young woman is quite easily able to change gears so to speak. Switching from innocent little girl to monstrous at the drop of a hat.
Personality:
Before Natalia and Slevin came to Zeltros Malie was, as one would expect, an incredibly naive and spoiled little girl. Her father was one of the richest men on Zeltros, Malie had almost no rules or limitations stopping her from doing pretty much whatever she wanted. Though she was an intelligent girl, Malie wasted her potential on parties, drugs, boys, and pretty much whatever she felt like at the time.
Her father did nothing to stop this of course, seeing as the behavior as perfectly ordinary.
When the two Crime Lords came into the picture however, things change drastically for the young woman. The death of both of her parents, as well as the guiding hand of Natalia and Slevin quickly saw her grow up. Within a matter of weeks she had become stern and serious, her natural intellect and penchant for learning pressing her into something far above what she had once been. Taking her cues from Natalia, Malie has quickly grown cold, watchful, and highly manipulative.
Skills:
Malie, as her fathers child is incredibly wealthy. Before his death Malie's father owned several Casino's as well as Hotels in both the high class and lower class districts of Zeltrons. Upon his death, and the death of his wife, Malie inherited this wealth.
She also received the 'gift' of a fiver percent stake in several other businesses at the behest of Slevin and Natalia, making her a very wealthy woman indeed.

Malie Ela Vies had a pretty ordinary life at one point and time.
Born to Patrick and Eleanor Vies, Malie was brought into this universe through the standard human means of procreation. Her parents were loving at one point and time, caring for each other a great deal before eventually drifting apart win Malie's teen years. Despite this, her upbringing was a rather standard one, at least for Zeltros.
Her family had long held stake in several casinos on Zeltros, their name being synonymous with various Underground operations of the more seedy side of Zeltros. Though she was ignorant of this for a long while, Malie still more than enjoyed the benefits of it. Her family was incredibly wealthy, and over her childhood this wealth only grew. The riches that her father earned went towards Malie's education, the young girl getting the best tutors and teachers that money could buy.
Of course given the nature of her parents Malie never really enjoyed a true family.
By the time she was old enough to really begin to understand thing her mother and father had already begun to drift apart. Her father took on several Mistresses and her mother drowned most of her sorrows at the bottom of a bottle.
It was this environment that pushed Malie into her rebellious phase. Using her fathers vast wealth and connections Malie quickly fell into the wrong crowds. She would spend all night partying and most of the day sleeping. She used drugs, ran with the wrong crowds, and in general engaged in behavior that most would dub unladylike. This was her life for most of the last few years, merging together into one big blur for her until finally things changed.
It was the arrival of two strangers that marked a new beginning for Malie.
Slevin and Natalia Thawne arrived on Zeltros with the expressed intent of taking a piece of themselves. In order to do this they turned to Malie's father. Through a bit of coercion they pressed the man into service, taking the young Malie under their wing while her father did as he was asked. Vies, of course, not being the type to take such a thing laying down sent assassin after Natalia and Slevin.
After dispatching the errant mercenaries, Natalia and Slevin went about correcting Vies' mistake. Within a short time Vies lay dead, and Malie remained the only living member of her family.
Though of course initially taken aback with horror, Natalia and Slevin quickly convinced the girl that her father had abandoned her, killed her mother, and then attempted to kill her in order to have a child with his mistress. The two Crime Lords manipulated the girl, slowly pressing her towards their own advantage and convincing her it was they that knew best. Eventually Malie fell beneath their spell, and slowly began to serve them unconditionally.
Now Malie is the face of their business on Zeltros.
