Elaborate, maybe. Tell us if you did scans on your computer. Do you have an adblocker or any extensions that may be compromised. Give us something more than just a picture.

My advice is, with what you've given me, don't click OK.

I'm well into a scan and haven't found anything yet. I've got an ad blocker and very few extensions, none of them sketchy or unusual.

Despite all temptation and self-destructive impulses, I have not clicked OK.

Is it an IE generated prompt? Typically force shutting down the IE Process from Task Manager will resolve at least the web based popups when it prevents you from actually closing the IE window like normal (The x in the upper right hand corner). Scans can't hurt after, but I see stuff like that pretty frequently where I work.

Its been going around the web. High numbers of the same at work.

If you force close the IE process in task manager, re launch IE (or Chrome) it should resolve the issue. If you are using IE be sure to clear the IE cache.

Note: Do not restore pages if your browser asks you to.
Also: it may take several attempts to end the process, the ad will attempt to re-open itself until the proper instance of the IE or Chrome process is ended.

An easy way to make sure you kill the right instance of the IE process is to right click on the first process for IE, and on the menu that comes up select 'End Process Tree.' That will kill the selected process and any processes that are related to it. It will not effect any other processes other than the selected process and any child processes.

Simple way to make sure you get the process you need to without issue. After that, do as [member="Vale Endriss"] suggested.
