Armor Description
Description: The armor of Manda'lore is one of the most sacred parts of mandalorian culture second to that of the mask of Mandalore which in the early days of the mandalorian people was the sign of the individual strong enough to lead the warrior race. From Mandalore the Preserver, to the Destroyer, and Indomitable, each Mandalore of old has worn their own flavor of armor. This one in particular is that of Mandalore the Ultimate, one of the greatest leaders that the Mandalorians had known.
Forged long ago this armor is to be considered to be some of the best in the galaxy, crafted from beskar it's a legendary material that can block sabers, slugs, blasters, blades, blunt force, and pretty much most attacks the armor can withstand when they are struck on the beskar plates. It's a hardened metal forged by some of the greatest Beskar smiths in the galaxy for the Mandalore himself. It has seen many battles over the years and even after the death of Mandalore the Ultimate at the hands of Revan it has been passed down from generation to generation seeing more and more combat, it only goes to show how much quality and pride that the warriors of Mandalore put into their armor.
However as with all things it has its weaknesses. Places on the armor such as back of the knees, sides of the neck, and small areas across the sides are not covered in thick beskar plating. They are covered in a beskar armor mesh for the sake of flexibility for the user, these are weak points for sabers, blasters, knives, whatever weapon strong enough to break the mesh. The armor also doesn't fair all that well against electricity, what with being a giant chunk of metal so Sith lightning or electric judgment can cause damage to the user inside by the plates conducting additional electricity. But it does need to be stated that this is heavy armor, it will slow you down and stealth is almost next to impossible without a sound dampener, it's old and can creak at times so the armor is best used in direct combat.
Overall it's a piece of history for Mandalore, it has seen the galaxy through many wars and conflicts and will continue to do so until its complete destruction. Those who wear it will be wearing something that will not only protect them like a king, but has also seen a lot of death and history in its age.
