Mandalorian armor too stronk?

I used to utilise something similar, very frequently. I was a Knight on a medieval RP server. Everyone loved RPing with swords etc, and I was the only one that used hammers and maces. Logically and realistically it can take a lot of cutting before a sword penetrates steel plating, probably 2-4 thrusts before it does too, and that requires attempting to puncture the same spot. So I used a mace or hammer, a good swing into my opponents center mass and they were down and out of the fight in a single hit. To say the least, not many knights lasted long whilst fighting Sir Lefricus.

TL;DR
Blunt force works amazingly against armoured opponents. It can break/crush/shatter bones and squash organs.

[member="Darth Junra"], Alright thanks for that info.
Yeah, and to kind of expand on it:

One result of failure with high voltage electrical equipment is something called an arc flash. Here's a video of such a thing (not a fatality video, but it's loud).

Electrical shock isn't the major danger in this situation. A person next to an arc flash is less conductive than the metal around him. Yet, a tremendous amount of heat is created - even to the point of melting metal. Suits can be designed to resist this heat.

Yet, at a certain point, an arc flash is too strong to do anything to protect a person's life from it. It's possible to have suits that protect the wearer from all the heat of the explosion. Yet, it's the blast wave that kills them as it utterly destroys the inside of a person's fragile body.

At least they can have an open casket funeral in such case. Normally.

I... I need this more than I've ever needed anything.

I should also add something, the visor of a Mando's helmet is the weakest point. Go for the eyes Jimmy!

A chainsaw though impractical against heavy armor, would eventually cut through a Mando's armor provided the teeth were of a harder metal and could withstand the generated heat. So you just need something harder and more heat resistant than Mandalorian Iron. And there are such materials. Turadium would be a prime candidate.

[member="Bastian Briareos"], Yes that is possible, however impractical as they would have to literally stand there and let you cut at them. As well, the Chainsaw needs to "bite" into the armor to effectively cut through it. So using it as a sword like weapon (assuming as such) you would more likely beat them to death with it, then cut them limb from limb.
