DESCRIPTION

Initially designed by Clan Dem'adas and pushed into production while the clan was trapped within Otherspace and in desperate need of a larger work force, the Dem'adas line of Mandalorian Battle Droids have served as the backbone of Clan Dem'adas for the last several years and have evolved greatly since their first iteration. Modern versions of these Battle Droids are outfitted with the advanced Bes'verd Positronic Brain and are often referred to as Bes'verd Battle Droids due to the signature intelligence and sentience profile that Bes'verd Brains inflict upon any droid they are installed upon.

Modern Bes'verd Battle Droids serve as far more than a simple labor force and can be found serving as crew aboard all Dar'tome Mando'ade warships. Equipped with a mind that makes them as fierce and independent as any biological Mandalorian, Bes'verd Battle Droids perform well as shock troops and pilots, but can also serve as maintenance teams or can even be trained to function in lieu of a protocol droid.
