I found the artist on DeviantArt and on Artstation. He's got a few pictures that match the description of a human on top and a plant on bottom. Still. I have no idea which one it is.
Anyway. Human woman on top and plant on bottom. That's pretty easy. Try using Sylvari pictures from Guild Wars 2. Should be pretty similar.
