Location:
Ground Zero, Antecedent. It is located outside of the Entertainment District known as Little Coruscant by locals, and is beyond the residential sector within the industrial district.

Description:
The facility stretches 20,300,000-square-feet, it was bought for 2.4 billion credits by Mr. Rigger from his earnings at Dragon Palace Casino. It houses not only minor offices for officials and technicians it has a massive storage warehouses along with manufacturing and production lines. It is a heavily polluted factory, due to its location in the Industrial District. Heavy black clouds linger overhead from immense chimneys. It is a maze of piping, transportation rails and warehouses.
History:
There is not much history with the building. It was abandoned when its former owner passed away, and while the government took ownership of the land they couldn't find any investors in the property. Lysle recently spoke to the governing body and bought the plot of land for two-hundred million cheaper than stated. Much of the former facilities that were in work before are being repaired and reused, rather than investing in tearing it down and building it back up.
