The ring given to [member="Mara D'Lessio Merrill"] by @Hylocereus when he declared his love for her and asked for her hand in marriage. The ring was designed by Chase Fashion consisting of 248 sun crystals around a silver band. Wrapping around the diamonds is two electrum vines wrapping around the ban. These golden vines represent mastery of the force and are in a shape that seems to imply Hylo thus honoring both their union and Hylo's perception of Mara's ability.
The ring has a unique ability to flash and blind people being made of Sun Crystals. Sun Crystals react to light amplifying it into a blinding light. This ring has been coated with a substance that suppresses this particular quality unless activated by the force. Once activated the ring emits a light capable of causing temporary blindness to anyone who sees it with unprotected eyes. The flash can be roughly directed so that Mara herself isn't blinded with some practice. There is a slight risk to anyone who see's this flash frequently that they get addicted to the light, as Sun Crystals are known to give people light addiction. There is however treatment available for light addiction.
