Marketplace!

Because I'm sick of this being handled over Skype and Goggle Docs (as cool as Docs is) I figure it's high time we knuckled down with regards to sorting out the Marketplace. We have it mostly done, just need it finalizing and testing. If @[member='Gerion Ardik'] could post up the plan which was created that would be a great starting point. We've procrastinated with this one for long enough.

As I recall, the biggest thing we lacked were threads drafted to explain the Marketplace, how to use it, and what it was for.

Most of those got written and rewritten, and are currently sitting in google docs.

Which is why it needs bringing out of Docs so that it can be a little more tangible and of use to us. When we have it written up in our little discussion forum I'll set up the forum for it so that Factory Judges/Staff with companies may do a few test threads in preparation for when the MP is open to the board at large (to give them a versatile stock of examples)
