Mandalore
Former Land of the Corek Clan

Noah sighed as he looked over the land that used to belong to his family. Noah looked out over what was once the land owned by the Corek Clan, his family, once a major Mandalorian clan like the Skirata's, Fett's and Ordo's. In all the total amount of land the Corek's had gained was about two hundred acres. Noah had to admit, he had no idea what to do with all the land. Noah and his newfound son Kado were the first Corek's to set their feet on this land in probably over four thousand years, ever since the exile of the Corek family before the Mandalorian Wars. Looking over to his son, a near identical copy of himself when he was nineteen, Noah smiled and spoke. "So tell me Kado, how does it feel to be standing in the place of your ancestors?" Noah asked his son, of course being slightly muffled by his armor he wore under his cloak with his sword sheathed on his back, his blade sheathed on his hip and his custom M9-T11's holster under his armpits.

There was always a place to be, always something to do. For me at this point, I was training to wear my Beskar'gam and fight in it. Considerably heavier than my last set of cortosis weave armor. Wielding at the current moment a Lightsaber, the Azure blade sun it's humming rhythm as I cut down another droid that was equipped with real blaster weapons. One even carried a Sonic carbine, but by using a Force shield, I avoided the blast sent at me, and used my saber to cut the weapon in half before sending him flying with a force push.

There were five more droids. All in different ranges, and in different directions to me. In essence, surrounding me at varrying depths of distance between us. I smiled under the helmet that had already taken two blaster shots to the face, yet as the armor was completely immune to blaster fire, all I had was a small headache from the actual kinetic blast the bolt had caused. My face then cleared itself of all emotions while the stand still in battle had been created between myself and these droids.

I would finish this. Throwing my saber in an underhand fashion, My left picked up my hammer from my belt. Throwing it as well off to my side. Smashing through one droid completely, while my lightsaber pierced itself into the other. Three more to go. I called both weapons back to me, and with the lightsaber reaching my hand first, I shut it down, and put it away. My hammer was then brought up to defend myself as a blaster bolt came at me. Smacking into the face of the hammer instead of my head. I charged the droid, taking a total of three steps to close the distance of about five meters. Using my crushgaunt wearing fist to slam into the droids head. Literally blowing it apart with my own natural strength, as well as the times five multiplier in which the gauntlets gave me.

I smiled, throwing my hammer like a curve ball, watching as I used telekinesis to send the hammer around in a circle around me. Smashing through the last of the two droids. The hammer coming back into my right hand, and being put away in my belt in no time at all. I was getting better, faster and stronger. I guess I could use it in battle now. In a real battle with real people. But, that would come later. However, I stopped myself. Looking around, I could feel someone coming. Using the force, I picked up all the droids, and threw them out of the way. And prepared myself should I have to explain why I was on the old property of people long gone.

Mandalore
Former Land of the Corek Clan
"So tell me Kado, how does it feel to be standing in the place of your ancestors?"

Kado looked around, he'd never really had a home before. Currently he lived aboard the Vanguard flagship, used its facilities when he needed them and trained. Training was his home, as far as mindset was concerned, but he knew that really wasn't the true meaning of the word. This land belonged to his father, the man he was standing beside. He had recently met the man, after searching the galaxy for information on the man. He knew Noah wasn't responsible for not being around, he hadn't even known that his DNA had been used. It was that, among smaller reasons, that had caused Kado to leave Republic service. They hadn't wanted to let him go, but taking him would have required either soldiers or media and neither was a thing the Republic had wanted to spend on him. The fact that Kado gravitated toward finding his Father, a man who was allied with the Republic, lessened their worry that he would oppose them.

"It feels...strange..." Kado found himself uncommonly at a loss for words. He knelt down and touched the soil with his armored fingertips. He couldn't feel it at all, but for some reason the pressure made it feel more real to him. "What do you suppose we should do with it?" He was becoming comfortable thinking of them as a we, though even in his mind he only rarely called him Father. Family was as unfamiliar to him as home, and it would take a while for either to sink in.
