Massive Project - Terraforming of Eclipse Faction thread

So I've decided to undertake this massive project to reshape (terraform) a canon world for the OS. The planet is called Eclipse and it has nothing, yet. My plan is to terraform the planet to make it habitable. Also, to import animals and such to live in the various parts of the planet.

Then to make my job that much harder, I've decided to build a full functioning city will schools, nightclubs, factories, a seat of government, etc etc. THEN to add to the city a military installation etc etc. THEN create an orbiting shipyard close to the canon space station to churn on warships and the lot...maybe on the shipyard

I found out that this is allowed but it will take a 100+ dev thread to do so. If anyone wishes to lend me a hand in doing so, please feel free to reply here.

I do however have some conditions:

1. The quality of writing has to be detailed and creative. No 1-6 sentence posts will help. The better the quality the more likely for approval from the CJ.

2. Activity. Maintaining activity throughout the completion of the thread is vital. I don't mind doing the whole thing myself but if you sign up and find that you can no longer do it, please PM me and let me know where you left off that way either I or another writer (if others show interest) can pick it up.

3. This is not a combat, adventure seeking thread so please refrain from trying to post things such as that.

4. I'm looking for at least three other writers. We will keep in contact via group PM instead of OOC.

I'm willing to help. Titan actually has a terraforming division.

Though I'm going to point this out. Why a shipyard? I think between Kuat, Rendili, Coruscant, as well as all of Titan and Krayts shipyards the One Sith has enough Shipyards to build an armada in a day. Why not create orbital defenses instead? A fortress world of unmatched strength and prestige.

Just a suggestion.

Illegal by whose laws? Imperial or Republic? If it's Imperial, we're obviously not gonna let you do that.
