ATTUNED WITH THE LIVING FORCE
+ Ever since his learning years spent as a Padawan, Jun'yon shared a spectacular synergy with the force. Particularly gifted in the usage of light side abilities, controlling and altering techniques. His years of apprenticeship at the order allowed him to further and enhance his knowledge of the living force, attaining mastery in the ranks of the Jedi Order in the process. Despite his 40 years of thoroughly experimenting, learning and understanding how the Force is connected to each and every living being in highly mysterious manners, Jun'yon still considers himself a novice on matters directly involving the Force, as it cannot be quantified nor fully understood, it just exists... but despite all the mysteries surrounding it, the Onderon native has complete faith and surrenders himself entirely to its guidance. His loyalty lies in the hand of the Force before anything else, and then, in service to the SJO.
LOATHE KILLERS
- Having been an active part of the never ending war against the dangerously influential Sith Empire during his younger years as a Jedi Knight, Jun'yon saw his fair share of atrocities and experienced troubling experiences throughout the conflict. The scars left on his face constitute a painful reminder of the hardships he endured while in Sith Custody. As a result he developed some sort of moral code in the process. A code with a simple rule: to never kill no matter the circumstances. Refusing to be assimilated with the Sith that joyously partake in killing as if it was a simple pleasure. His code would instruct him instead - to restrain, neutralize or simply subjugate a foe by any mean necessary that does not involve killing, relying on the Force to subjugate his opponents. Not to be mistaken with the fear of death ! He does not fear death because - There is no death, there is the Force - but rather, it is the act of killing that he despises. Such belief might easily turn on him someday.
MASTER OF DEFENSE & FORCE COMBAT
+ In accordance with his code of righteous conduct, Jun'yon went on to learn and achieve mastery in form III of lightsaber combat. He is not a particularly tremendous fighter, but he speicfically excels in defensive combat and counter attacks.
+ As he went on to become a Master, he improved his fighting repertoire by achieving mastery in form VI, only succeeding in doing so due to its heavy reliance on the Force in order to attack, pairing it with crippling lightsaber strikes.
FRIEND OF THE ANIMAL REALM
+ Being a native of Onderon, a planet boasting a vast fauna hunted for mostly commercial purposes, Jun'yo felt a deep connection with its various non sentient species, as they are, just like any other living entity in the galaxy, surrounded by the Force. It flowed through each individual, sentient or not. He came to view some non sentient beings as companions, even going as far as calling some of them friends. Jun'yon condemns their killings for sport or commercial purpose, viewing such acts as an attack against the living force itself. He does his best to care for these species and sometimes he personally feeds them. Years and years of practice have led him to develop an innate ability to communicate, share feelings, understanding and reasoning with them through the Force.
LIMITED FIGHTING REPERTOIRE
- If Jun'yon is to be remembered, it definitely won't be for his offensive swordsmanship or fencing abilities, or rather, inabilities. This is because of his innate kindness and the difficulty to purposely hurt someone, let alone to kill. This has led to issue as a Padawan to excel at other any fighting styles that did not resemble form III. It is only in his later years, with the wars having solidified his heart that he went on to master form VI, as it heavily relies on the Force to attack.
LONER
- Before taking on a Padawan learner, Jun'yon almost always kept to himself. Preferring the calm and serene jungles of Onderon to the always bristling Coruscant.
BIOGRAPHY
Born to a long line of Coruscant spicetraders and trademasters who established themselves on Onderon about centuries ago who, upon setting foot on the planet quickly realized that it was home to many exceptional and unique plants and other exquisite raw materials, they were able to amass vast fortunes trading with the natives and exporting their goods to their ancestral homeworld of Coruscant, making fine profits in the process. As the true born son and heir to the Felth trading interests, Jun'yon was the legitimate heir to his family's possessions and fortune... but fate would have it otherwise: the boy began displaying acts of involuntary telekinesis at the meager age of three. Rumors spread like wildfire on Onderon, that the Felth family boasted a force sensitive child among its flock... And he was not hard to locate either, given the planet's geographical situation at the very core of the Silver Jedi Concord. News quickly reached the ears of the Jedi base established on the Planet, which in turn, quickly informed the temple on Coruscant about the rumors in question. A Jedi envoy was logically dispatched to assess the veracity of these claims, but it did not take long to sense that the young boy had the Force with him. As customary, he was sent to the temple on Coruscant to become a Jedi and unsurprisingly his parents did not put much of a fight, on the contrary, they felt honored that their child was gifted with the opportunity to become a Jedi. Inheritance was then logically passed on to his little sister.
