Master Nomination Vote: Anaya Fen

Only Masters are to vote.

Consideration for Master is situational. As per discussion with Tefga, with maximum faction contribution and effort, 2-3 months would be an absolute minimum time to go from Apprentice to Master. The average period of time will likely be somewhat longer, based on your votes and on the votes of the RPJ's.

Pending this vote, a second vote of RPJs will take place. Any Masters who are RPJs are requested to abstain from the first vote.

As much as I like Anaya, I'm voting no. She's not been a Knight for even a month yet. It's far too early to talk about Master promotions for her, as far as I'm concerned. If we start blithely promoting Masters the way we seem to be doing with Knights, the entire notion of the hierarchy just goes down the drain.

As honoured as I am to be up for this, I really don't feel like Anaya is ready to be a Master IC. She still has a long way to go to gain experience so I would like to decline this promotion.
