Master Vote: Darth Rapax

Darth Rapax has been a consistent writer of the One Sith.
He has helped in numerous dominions, invasions, and skirmishes, and has shown solid faction activity.

Thread tracker: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/22064-promotion-thread-tracker/page-3

Like in other OS master votes, all OS Sith Lords are eligible for vote.

He has a vote from me.

Ik we are supposed to wait for a week(at least from what I've been told), but there is honestly no point in doing that; no one else has voted in three days.

[member="Darth Rapax"] , congrats on becoming a Sith Lord. Bring fear to our enemies.

I think you might have missed the force rank promotion rules.

2. Knight to Master
When a Knight's Master feels the Knight is ready for promotion to Master, he/she submits the Knight's name for promotion to his/her Faction's Force-User Masters for approval.
The Faction's Force-User Masters vote and decide on whether or not the Knight is to be promoted to Master. Majority rules the vote, but in the event of a tie, the Faction Administrators are required to make the final decision.
If the vote succeeds, the Knight's name is then submitted to the Role-Play Judges to be voted on and ultimately decided whether or not the Knight will be promoted to Master.
If the Role-Play Judge's successfully vote that the Knight be promoted, a Board Admin will inform the Knight and promote him/her.

Masters in a faction vote. Once a majority is reached - and there are several masters here who still need to vote - then it gets sent to the RPJ's by a faction admin who then vote again to see if he is voted in to be a master.

Then an RPJ will notify us if they passed.

Does it matter the fact that most of the masters I mentioned are either non active([member="Sage Bane"] being a prominent example since I believe she is in the GA now), as well as some of them being inactive as well. I think it is unfair that we have to wait for others(some who have changed factions, and are no longer active OS members) to vote when they haven't even really done anything for the faction(at least not anymore).

I was also unaware of the rules; thanks for the clarification.

Once you have reached a majority vote of the active Masters in a faction you may then put the vote through to the RPJs. It's good to give a vote a minimum of 3 days so that everyone has a chance to see, but no need to wait on every Master listed on a roster if they are not active.

The vote has been taken to staff, I will post when we have the results.

With a result of 5 against and 2 for, your Master promotion vote has been denied by Staff with the following comments and critique to help you better prepare for the next round:

We applaud your activity and earnest efforts put forth into helping push your faction forward in its goals. It's nice to see someone so eager to jump in to help, no matter the setting or the company. We feel you absolutely have the right positive attitude to get things going and have good faith that you'll be capable of fulfilling the requirements we'd like to see for the next promotion round.

We would like to see you work a bit more on fleshing out your character and putting a little more "meat and potatoes" into your posts. A good portion of the threads linked in your tracker were incomplete or lacking in content/depth of story and what we would categorize as "character development" of what we would expect to see out of a High-Knight ranking character. We would also recommend working on polishing up your writing - grammar, spelling, punctuation, to make your posts easier for all to read and enjoy.

You're on the right track and we commend you for the A+ effort. Keep it up and you'll be Master-worthy in no time. Also should you have any questions about our decision or like any help with the things we've asked you to work on, please feel free to drop any of the RPJs a PM. We're happy to assist.
