HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Mau'luk Squadron was one of the first fleets constructed after the INitial skirmishes with Ubbal Dusat and his gang of pirates. with a need to begin hunting the Pirate himself instead of always waiting for him t come to them, Laphisto ordered the Construction of the orders first fleet with the goal of hunting down the pirate lord and putting a stop to him once and for all. gathering the most veteran Pilots and crew he could muster. with the majority of the original sixteen hundred crew that first arrived at aurora station compromising the fleet, it leaves only the best of the best onboard these ships
the most notable tactic used by this fleet is sending a scouting ship out to test the waters of a potential target, seeing if any of Ubbals fleet is in the system if found the scout ship will lead the pirates to an opening and call the rest of the fleet. the fleet was designed as a hunter-killer fleet. with a ship acting as bait before springing the trap and calling in the nest. with two shield popper ships leading the frontal charge, followed closely by two assault frigates to deal the damage and kill the target. the fleet also contains one Greh'ova Class carrier and a zenith Support/ fleet tender. the fleet is designed to be flexible capable of operating on there own if needed
