Richter is a tall muscular man with a thick beard and a short but slightly shaggy haircut. He has a right handed cybernetic strength enhancing gauntlet/implant and cybernetically enhanced eyes. Richter is often seen smoking a cigarra.
BIOGRAPHY:
Maximilian Tiberius Richter, but commonly known simply as Richter, was born on the forest moon of Endor where he enjoyed a quiet and peaceful life with his family while growing up. When he was sixteen, Richter's entire family was murdered by a nearby tribe of Ewoks, due to an unfortunate misunderstanding. Richter only survived because he was out hunting at the time, but upon finding his family dead and his home burned to the ground, he berried his family and took what he had to leave the planet, swearing that he would return to collect the debt the Ewoks now owed him.
After leaving Endor, Richter found himself on a spice freighter traveling to Coruscant, he thought that he would be able to find fortune on the city planet. Instead, Richter found poverty and misery, being forced to reside in the lower levels, living off scraps. With no family, no friends, and no means of providing for himself through honest work, Richter turned to petty crime. First it was stealing money and small valuable off of individuals on the street, and eventually he began stealing more valuable items from homes and establishments. Richter made the mistake, however, of stealing a valuable ancient vase from a Hutt, and was nearly killed for his crime. The Hutt though, seamed to take an interest in the boy's initiative and skill (minus his mistake of getting caught), and decided to take him on as a hired hand around his palace. Over the years, Richter gained more favor in the eyes of the Hutt and of his peers, starting out cleaning out the dungeons and working his way up to taking on his own bounty missions.
Richter was finally ready to get out of the hell hole he had known for five years as his home. He purchased an old Theta-Class Shuttle for 160,000 Credits, updated its systems, and set a course for Endor. Upon arriving on Endor for the first time since his family had been massacred, Richter immediately set out to collect the debt he had sworn to do years earlier. As the village of that long forgotten Ewok tribe burned to ash and dust, Richter watched, cruelty and hate in his eyes, yet a hint of satisfaction for avenging the deaths of his family.
Now that he no longer has a self-ordained purpose, Richter travels the galaxy taking on bounties that he finds to be lucrative and interesting.
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
+Strategist - Strategy and tactics have always fascinated Richter, he has become skilled in planning military action.
+Pilot - Flying small craft is something Richter has done from a very young age and is something that is now second nature to him.
+CQC - Through rigorous training, Richter has become proficient in close quarters combat.
-Xenophobic - Richter doesn't work well with creatures that don't closely resemble humans, and can even be overly aggressive towards them.
-Trust Issues - Due to his childhood tragedy, Richter has formed trust issues, causing him to take a long time to trust those around him, if at all.
SHIP:
Richter flies an old T-2c Theta-Class Shuttle he has dubbed the Oblivion Blade, that has been painted black with dark blood red chevrons on each wing and modified with updated and custom systems. It is armed with an aft mounted laser cannon, and two quad laser cannons, in addition to its Kuat Mk IV engines, and class 1.0 hyperdrive. The Oblivion Blade has also been equipped with stealth technology; it cannot physically cloak itself, but it has been modified to be able to hide its heat and electrical signatures for a limited amount of time per use.
