You are more than free to, but you need to create another subaccount to do so. I'll post up instructions on how to do so in a moment.

There are absolutely no character restrictions, other than force rank, not playing as canon characters, or directly plagiarizing from another franchise. Make as many or as few as you'd like.

After you've signed into your new subaccount simply customize the profile as you see fit (avatar, signature, etc) then post a new character sheet under that account. From there you can start RPing right off the bat.

Just keep in mind you have to wait until 50 posts to request rank titles.
