[member="Thanatos Eligos"], Most of us do training against each other. Sparing partners. Learning off of one another. If you do get a Master, its either from the One Sith. (our big brother faction) or you work alone. I have a mix of those and have a Master here, but work alone for the most part. You will find that having a mix of all will be great for your situation.
